1. Overview

This website and store are operated under the Landon Veynor name. By accessing landonveynor.com, using the website, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the product.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence. You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order and to keep your account and payment credentials secure.

3. Digital product and personal license

The Veynor Condition is supplied as a digital e-book. A completed purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use one copy for your personal, non-commercial reading on your own devices.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly upload, share, modify for distribution, or commercially exploit the e-book or any substantial part of it without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout when you place the order is the price charged. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

5. Digital delivery

No physical product is shipped. Delivery is made electronically through a download page, download link, and/or the email address provided at checkout. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, an incorrect email address, email filtering, or a temporary technical issue. If access does not arrive, contact us so we can restore it.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

The website, e-book, brand names, text, graphics, images, videos, design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Landon Veynor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or exploit this content except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access; or use automated means to extract protected content.

The store is powered by Shopify and may use payment, email, analytics, and delivery providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from this store are made directly with Landon Veynor, not with Shopify.

The e-book and website are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Individual experiences vary, and no specific personal, professional, or financial result is promised or guaranteed.

11. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website and digital delivery available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landon Veynor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or digital product. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
